Operator Two-Shift System - Copy
You'll join a close-knit team where colleagues support one another. During your training period, you'll have a dedicated buddy who guides you through the tasks step-by-step, ensuring you master everything thoroughly. Your responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring your slicing line to ensure optimal production flow.
- Conducting quality checks and adhering to HACCP standards.
- Solving first-line disruptions independently (or working with a technician).
- Contributing ideas for improvements and ensuring a smooth production process.
You'll work in a two-shift schedule with the following times:
- Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:30
- Afternoon shift: 14:30 – 23:00
Additionally, there's an option to work on Saturdays for 150% pay.

- A salary between €3,000 and €3,500 per month, including a 14% shift allowance.
