Do you like working with your hands and are you looking for a varied full-time job in day shifts?
As a production employee at our client near Roermond, you’ll have a varied and hands-on job. You’ll work both in the production area and on the expedition department, where you register orders in the system and carry out the final quality check on finished products before they are shipped to customers.
In production, you make sure that plastic conveyor belts are made according to high quality standards. You’ll work carefully and accurately, using different machines and tools throughout the process.
Your main tasks as a production employee include:
- Registering orders and performing quality checks on the expedition department
- Attaching guide cords to conveyor belts using a heat machine
- Cutting rolls to size based on technical drawings
- Setting up and operating production machines
- Connecting rolls into complete conveyor belts
- Collecting materials with a forklift
You’ll work Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00, so your evenings and weekends are always free.
- You have technical affinity (through work experience or hobbies)
- You work accurately and independently
- A forklift certificate is an advantage (can be obtained via Olympia)
- You speak basic Dutch or English
Our client is a small, family-owned company that has been active in the conveyor belt industry for over 30 years. There’s an informal and friendly working atmosphere, and plenty of room to learn and grow. The company is easily accessible from Roermond, Weert, and Venlo.
- A gross hourly wage between €14.45 and €16.00, depending on experience
- A full-time position of 40 hours per week (part-time possible upon discussion)
- 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday allowance, and pension via StiPP
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer from 15 km one way
- Temporary contract through Olympia, with the possibility of a permanent position
- Growth opportunities towards assembly or service work at customer locations
