What will you be doing?

As an order picker, you'll be responsible for collecting products and preparing pallets for shipment. Using a voice-controlled system and a pump truck, you'll build stable pallets and sometimes reorganize them to ensure heavier items are placed at the bottom. You'll work towards daily goals while keeping your workspace tidy and efficient.

You’re someone who works with care and attention, takes initiative, and enjoys being part of a team. You’re reliable, motivated, and ready to contribute to a smooth-running warehouse operation.

Your availability:

• You can work in two shifts from Monday to Saturday:
  • Morning shift: 06:00–14:00
  • Afternoon shift: 14:00–22:00
• Or you prefer the evening shift: 17:00–22:00
• You’re available at least two Saturday mornings per month

What we ask:

• You have reliable transportation to get to work

AS Watson’s distribution center warehouse is located at Florijnstraat 4c in Oosterhout and is easy to reach by car, scooter, or bicycle from nearby cities like Breda, Gilze, Dongen, and Tilburg.

At A.S. Watson, you’ll be part of a diverse and international team. Colleagues come from all over the world, and English is the main language spoken on the work floor. Team leaders also communicate in English, making sure everything runs smoothly – both during work and breaks. You’ll start your journey through Olympia, who are on-site daily to support you with scheduling, payroll, and any questions about time off.

• Gross hourly pay: 
  •  € 15.51 from age 21 (includes ADV allowance for up to 35 hours).
  •  € 11,54 from age 20 (includes ADV allowance for up to 35 hours).
  •  € 8,67 from age 19 (includes ADV allowance for up to 35 hours).
  • € 7,37 from age 18 (includes ADV allowance for up to 35 hours)
• Located close to Brede, Tilburg, Rijen, Dongen, Made, Gilze en Waalwijk
