Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Growth located in The Randstad, Netherlands. The Head of Growth will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, formulating and implementing growth marketing strategies, growth hacking, and leading sales and business development efforts.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Growth Marketing and Customer Acquisition strategies
  • Proficiency in Growth Hacking techniques and methodologies
  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the SaaS and/or ClimateTech industry is a plus
