Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Director, located in The Randstad, Netherlands. The Program Director will oversee the planning and execution of business conferences, ensuring high-quality content and seamless operations. Day-to-day tasks include developing event agendas, managing speaker and attendee communications, coordinating with vendors and venues, and ensuring a memorable experience for all participants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, and vendor coordination
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with the business conference industry is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in The Randstad, Netherlands
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Master's degree from related fields preferred
• Candidate should be European based and not requiring visa sponsorship.
