What You’ll Do- Define and shape the product strategy for your team, ensuring alignment across all teams and stakeholders.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and vision through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Define and prioritize high-impact initiatives that improve the reconciliation flow, report generation, scheduling, and delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering to build a robust, scalable reporting platform that handles increasing data volumes, new data sources, and multiple delivery destinations.
- Drive customer discovery and validation by engaging with merchants, developers, and internal stakeholders to understand pain points and opportunities.
- Collaborate with peers on the overall reporting and reconciliation strategy.
- Establish clear success metrics for product adoption, data quality, and reliability; use data to inform decisions and iterate.
- Bridge the gap between merchant-facing product teams and core technical frameworks to translate features into infrastructure and drive adoption to deliver value.
What You’ll Bring- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in platform products in fintech, enterprise financial software, or accounting systems.
- Technical fluency with data architecture, batch processing, and building scalable platforms. Ability to define technical requirements and make trade-offs.
- Experience with big data platforms and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Data-driven decision-making skills: analyze complex financial data and translate insights into product improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex financial and technical concepts clearly.
- Understanding of accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping, and financial reconciliation processes is a plus.
