Requirements
2–4 years of hands-on experience in the administration, implementation, and configuration of ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules.
7–10 years of experience working with various ServiceNow products across medium to large-scale organizations.
Relevant certifications in cybersecurity and ServiceNow (e.g., CSA, CIS-SecOps, or similar) are a strong advantage
Design, develop, and deploy solutions using ServiceNow SecOps modules, including: Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR)
Lead end-to-end platform implementation in alignment with security and IT objectives.
Automate incident response and vulnerability management workflows to enhance operational efficiency and response time.
Integrate ServiceNow SecOps with third-party security tools, including: SIEM/SOC tools such as Splunk, QRadar, Vulnerability scanners like Rapid7 and Invicti
Collaborate with IT and security stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions using ServiceNow capabilities.
Configure and customize applications, workflows, forms, and scripts tailored to security operations needs.
Develop dashboards for real-time monitoring of security posture.
Generate and maintain compliance and performance reports for stakeholders.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to SecOps modules and integrations.
Provide ongoing support and optimization of existing workflows.
Continuously identify areas for improvement and drive the optimization of SecOps processes.
In-depth knowledge of the platform, with a focus on Security Operations modules.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and threat management practices.
Experience with scripting (JavaScript), development, and configuration within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with external security platforms and tools.
Skilled in translating business and security requirements into effective technical solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams.
