What We're Looking for in a BUUT Leader
As CTO, you're not just a technical leader, but a visionary who inspires and empowers. You should excel at creating an environment where teams feel empowered to experiment, learn from failures, and celebrate successes together. Your leadership style should be characterized by authenticity, transparency, and a natural ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
The ideal candidate is a role model who leads by example, demonstrating strong emotional intelligence alongside technical expertise. You'll need to be skilled at nurturing talent, encouraging collaboration, and steering teams toward shared goals while maintaining the playful, innovative spirit that makes BUUT unique. Your influence should extend beyond the technical realm, inspiring teams to take ownership and push boundaries.
Furthermore you have:
At least 5 years of experience as Head of Technology, CTO, or CIO in FinTech or similar organizations
Bachelor's degree or higher inputer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Strong technical background in modern software architecture and engineering practices
Expertise in microservices, event-driven design, and emerging technologies
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing technical teams
Experience with cloud technologies and serverless architectures
Excellence in stakeholder management andmunication
