Process operator

As a machine operator, you are an essential part of the production process for our client in Mijdrecht. You ensure that their plastic packaging meets the highest quality standards and that the machines run smoothly. With your technical insight and attention to detail, you work closely with fellow operators and the shift leader to guarantee a safe and efficient work environment. • Starting up, adjusting, and shutting down machines to ensure an optimal production process;
• Performing quality checks and identifying deviations to maintain high product standards;
• Detecting and resolving malfunctions by performing minor repairs and adjustments;
• Recording process data and reporting deviations for accurate process monitoring;
• Monitoring temperatures and pressures to ensure machines operate within the correct parameters.

• Gross monthly salary between €2,590 and €3,180;
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position;
• 37.5-hour workweek in a full-time role;
• 20% shift allowance on top of your salary;
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer;

• Experience as an operator or an affinity with technical work;
• Familiarity with production environments and shift work;
• Proficiency in Dutch or English;
• Willingness to learn through training;
• Flexibility and availability for a 3-shift schedule.
