• Directly architect the Growth Strategy: collaborate with the Forbes Council CEO to design and own the entire paid search vision; make the strategy the company’s growth engine.
• Act with radical freedom: manage a substantial budget (1M+ per month), with autonomy to test, innovate, and scale campaigns across the full funnel without heavy approvals.
• Experience true impact: translate data-driven optimizations into multi-million dollar revenue and strengthen Puffy’s position as a premier luxury mattress brand globally.

• 5+ years of experience commanding multi-million dollar PPC budgets and delivering significant revenue for competitive e-commerce or D2C brands.
• Ability to interpret complex data as a roadmap to higher ROAS and new market opportunities.
• Strategic leadership in PPC, combining advanced bidding strategies with world-class conversion optimization.
