You must possess.
- Possess 13–17 years of hands-on work experience as a Data Scientist.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for compelling storytelling.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Expertise in various machine learning algorithms, techniques, including deep learning and LLMs.
- Knowledge of big data technologies and experience on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure as well as managing large datasets.
- Experience in MLOps practices and deploying machine learning models into production environments.
- Project management abilities to lead data science initiatives from conception to completion.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to address unforeseen challenges in data science projects.
- Mentoring and leadership skills to guide junior team members and foster a data-driven culture.
- Ability to contribute to business strategy by aligning data science initiatives with organisational goals.
- Ability to work with real-time data and implement real-time analytics.
- Experience applying various machine learning techniques to telecom-specific use cases.
- Engage with business and technology stakeholders, collect necessary information, comprehend client expectations, clarify details through workshops, and propose and discuss optimal solutions.
- Work closely with the pre-sales, account, and sales teams, providing support throughout all phases of Data & AI deal pursuits and expand existing projects.
Good to have.
- Possess a Bachelor or Masters degree data science, statistics, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
- Engage with clients effectively and play a key role in achieving successful outcomes for clients.
- Strong understanding of telecom industry domain knowledge, including communication networks, user behaviour analysis, and network optimisation.
- Leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and experience managing data science teams and projects are crucial.
- Demonstrate continuous learning to stay updated with the latest advancements in Data & AI.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and implementing state-of-the-art GenAI applications.
- A good understanding of Ethical AI and AI Governance.
- Contribute to the development of solutions and automation accelerators, and mentor emerging Data & AI talent.
- Familiarity with the business landscape throughout Europe.
- Willing to travel up to 10 to 20% of the time, primarily within the NL and sometimes within Europe.
