EMEA Recruitment is partnering with a dynamic and rapidly growing organization seeking a Legal Counsel – Compliance professional. This role offers a hybrid/flexible working arrangement to support work-life balance and a chance to design and implement Compliance programs that support the company’s growth plans.

The successful candidate will bring a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of Compliance frameworks to help ensure regulatory requirements are met while driving continuous improvement.

• Support the design and implementation of the global Compliance program in collaboration with the Head of Compliance.
• Work with regional and country Lawyers to assist in the local and regional execution of Compliance initiatives.
• Monitor and report on Compliance metrics with accurate data collection and analysis.
• Conduct or support internal investigations related to Compliance matters as needed.
• Stay informed of relevant legal and regulatory changes, advising the business and adjusting Compliance practices accordingly.
• Provide practical Compliance guidance across areas including anti-bribery and whistleblowing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed Compliance standards throughout the organization.

• Legal qualification or equivalent Legal training preferred.
• 3-6 years' PQE in Legal Counsel or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Compliance programs, anti-bribery, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with internal investigations is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with regional and country Legal teams.
• Proficient in Compliance reporting and metrics management.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
