Duties and Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a highly skilled Brand Manager / Social Media Manager to oversee our Brand presence on all our sales channels including Amazon and Shopify. Additionally, the candidate would oversee and manage our Social Media platforms, own our U.S. market influencer partnerships and social media content strategy. This is a hands-on, strategic role — you’ll lead brand management, influencer outreach and relationship management, repurpose and optimize creator content, and ensure our social media presence is consistent with our brand guidelines and drives engagement and conversions.
Most importantly: You must have proven experience working in the U.S. market and leading brand management and graphic design work while also directly managing U.S.-based influencers. We want to see real examples — show us the accounts you’ve managed, the social media presence you’ve overseen, and the creator relationships you’ve successfully built and nurtured.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Management
- Oversee content (image and video creation) for Amazon, Shopify as well as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok shops aligns with our brand guidelines
- Lead storytelling that aligns with brand values and drives engagement.
- Influencer Management & Strategy
- Identify, vet, and negotiate with U.S.-based influencers across Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Develop and execute influencer campaigns from concept to reporting.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term creator relationships.
- Content Repurposing & Creation
- Take raw content from influencers and creators, then edit, format, and adapt it for various social platforms
- Create static images, short-form videos, and high-converting ad creatives tailored to each platform.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and calls-to-action to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Advertising & Performance
- Collaborate with marketing to create ad variations for Meta and TikTok.
- Monitor performance metrics, optimizing content based on results.
- Creative Direction
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and content best practices.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity in campaign execution.
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to stay relevant and effective in a fast-changing digital landscape.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, audience preferences, and campaign goals.
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)
Experience: 3+ years of related experience

- Proven experience managing U.S.-based influencers and U.S. market campaigns — must be able to present past work and account examples.
- Strong grasp of Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts — what works, what doesn’t, and why.
- Skilled in content repurposing — turning creator material into platform-optimized posts and ads.
- Familiarity with video editing tools (basic to intermediate level — advanced editing a plus).
- Examples of video editing work — can include personal projects.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to execute responsibilities.
- Must be adaptable and eager to learn new technologies to maintain relevance in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- Strong graphic design skills for social media (Adobe Suite, or similar).
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working in a results-driven environment with accountability tools such as Hubstaff for time and activity tracking.
- Strategic thinker who can work independently without handholding.
