Head of Engineering to join the leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s technology strategy and ensuring scalable, resilient solutions.

Responsibilities- Define and execute the technology strategy in alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Ensure that systems, platforms, and architecture are robust, secure, and able to scale with customer demand.
- Partner with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to deliver solutions that meet complex regulatory requirements.
- Drive technical due diligence, architecture design, and scalability initiatives.
- Represent engineering at the leadership level, contributing to overall company strategy and decision-making.
Requirements- Proven leadership experience as a Head of Engineering, Director of Engineering, or equivalent in a high-growth SaaS, fintech, or compliance-driven environment.
- Strong background in building and scaling technology platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of modern development practices, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and security best practices.
- Experience growing and structuring engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align technology with business priorities.
- Based in or able to commute regularly to the The Hague / Rotterdam area.
What’s on Offer- Competitive salary of €120,000 – €130,000.
