Vacancy

Marketing Director Netherlands. The role will shape the company’s strategy and execution in the Netherlands, drive growth, strengthen brand leadership, and develop a high-performing team in one of the organization’s most dynamic regions with vast untapped potential. This high-impact role reports directly to the Managing Director and is a core member of the Dutch Management Team. Based in Amsterdam, the Marketing Director will lead a team of over forty professionals across branding, lead generation, communications, and a marketing contact center, working with senior leadership, local stakeholders, and group-level marketing functions to define and execute a strategic marketing plan that drives growth, strengthens the brand, and enhances market leadership.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Director will oversee the full spectrum of marketing activities from lead generation and brand development to customer engagement and marketing operations. Key priorities include:

  • Increasing lead generation through both push and pull channels
  • Refining the lead assignment model
  • Embedding a data-driven, KPI-focused culture within the marketing function
  • Leading the development and execution of integrated campaigns, digital engagement strategies, and PR efforts to drive brand awareness and preference
  • Owning market analysis and competitive intelligence to maintain a strong understanding of evolving customer needs and market dynamics

The ideal candidate is a high-caliber, business-minded leader with strong strategic and operational skills, entrepreneurial and data-savvy, and focused on measurable impact. They should be able to lead with clarity, purpose, and a collaborative spirit, motivating others through inspiration, accountability, and shared ambition. This is a high-impact, high-visibility position reporting to the Managing Director and serving as a core member of the local Management Team. The role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record in performance marketing, brand building, and team leadership, with potential to progress toward a future Managing Director position.
