As a Cooperative Leader, you will work together with the operational manager to manage the department in a way that maximizes performance and contributes to the development of the team. You will also independently carry out treatments on the products supplied, according to drawings and/or work instructions, using the production equipment and tools provided in the Cleaning Department. In this position, you will work at our new location at the Brainport Campus in Eindhoven, where we are expanding our operational activities from ATM Oirschot. During the first period, you will be trained at our location in Oirschot.

• Provide (coaching) leadership to the team in consultation with the operations manager, ensuring compliance with regulations regarding working conditions, safety, environment, and the correct use of protective equipment within the department;
• Independently perform treatment of supplied materials and/or products based on supplied drawings and work order specifications using the production equipment;
• Ensure the completeness of work orders;
• Clamp and prepare parts according to supplied drawings and/or work instructions;
• Check materials before they are cleaned;
• Be flexible in regularly changing assignments and work activities;
• Operate and be responsible for the bathing line;
• Conduct cleanliness inspections of products using UV light;
• Carry out intermediate checks to ensure the product contains the correct layer thickness and verify that the process complies with regulations;
• Ensure that parts are properly blown clean;
• Coordinate your work with colleagues.

• MBO diploma level;
• Affinity with technique;
• Good communication and social skills;
• Enjoy working in a team;
• Good and precise motor skills;
• High degree of flexibility and availability for day shifts or shift systems;
• Ability to read and understand work instructions;
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.

ATM Oirschot has specialized since 1986 in the post-treatment of products of various material types, ferrous and non-ferrous (especially anodizing, hard anodizing, pickling, passivation, chromating, cleanroom cleaning, and packaging). ATM will open a location on the Brainport Campus in Eindhoven.
