Bitvavo Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands. The team in Amsterdam seeks self-driven, talented people to help make digital assets accessible for everyone. As part of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will help attract and hire the best talent and contribute to the employee experience from first contact through onboarding.

• Help shape and develop the recruitment process and Talent Acquisition strategy
• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process: write job profiles, screen CVs, conduct interviews, assessments, and communicate with candidates
• Proactively search for candidates through multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn and other sources)
• Create a positive candidate experience and position Bitvavo as an attractive employer
• Advise hiring managers on Talent Acquisition needs and collaborate to meet recruiting goals
• Optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• 2-5 years of experience with Talent Acquisition in a fast-paced tech environment
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is essential
• Data-driven mindset with ability to gather, interpret, and present data to drive hiring decisions
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills
• Proven success in identifying and acquiring top talent with strong sourcing techniques
• Ability to design and develop effective hiring strategies to address business challenges
• Resiliency, independence, solution- and results-orientation, and stakeholder engagement
