Equalture is shaping the world of unbiased hiring. We are looking for a People & Culture Partner to help change the traditional recruitment process and make a lasting impact on how we hire.


About the job

As our People & Culture Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience at Equalture. From onboarding new team members to talent development and day-to-day HR operations, you’ll be the go-to person for everything people-related. You’ll work closely with our leadership team and report directly to our Founders, with a team of 25 colleagues (and growing).
You will help us build and nurture an environment where our people can thrive and scale the culture as we grow.


Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of all People Operations (contracts, events, surveys, employee administration, etc.).
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, and offboarding.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all People & Culture questions within the team.
  • Support managers with performance reviews, feedback cycles, and talent development planning.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, contracts, and legislation.
  • Optimise HR foundations to keep processes clear, fair, and efficient.
  • Lead recruitment processes together with hiring managers.
  • Drive initiatives around employee engagement, wellbeing, and company culture to uphold the mission.
  • Ensure a smooth employee experience, support wellbeing, inclusion and belonging.

About you

We’re looking for someone who understands how to fit into our vision and help turn the recruitment market upside down. You’re empathetic and focused on helping others understand both the ‘why’ and the ‘how’. Our colleagues should enjoy working with you.



  • You preferably speak Dutch (C2 or near native) and English fluently (hard requirement).
  • You are NL-based (hard requirement).
  • You have managed HR processes before (People Operations Specialist is welcome to apply).
  • You’re detail-oriented and flexible.
  • You are passionate about reducing bias and discrimination in hiring.
  • You enjoy communicating and helping colleagues succeed in their roles.
  • You can start 01/01/2026.
