De Manager Consultancy rapporteert aan de Customer Success Director van Iddink Digital en is verantwoordelijk voor alle Consultancy activiteiten binnen de Customer Success afdeling. De Manager Consultancy geeft uitvoering aan de customer success strategie, bevordert de klantloyaliteit en tevredenheid en vergroot met de afdeling het (succesvol) gebruik van onze producten en diensten. De manager consultancy verzorgt met de afdeling maatwerk oplossingen voor onze klanten evenals integraties, koppelingen en datamigraties.
De Manager Consultancy werkt nauw samen met de andere afdelingen binnen het bedrijf en geeft sturing aan het consultancy team. De afdeling bestaat uit consultants vanuit TIG, Magister en itslearning.
De Customer Success afdeling levert alle diensten aan onze klanten en onderhoudt duurzame klantrelaties. De training afdeling bevat alle product specialisten die het gebruik van onze producten stimuleren door training en advies aan onze klanten te geven. De consultancy afdeling houdt zich bezig met maatwerktrajecten op basis van specifieke klantspecificaties. En de supportafdeling ondersteunt onze klanten met 1e en 2e lijn support conform de afgesproken SLA’s.
