At their office in Amsterdam, a position for a (Senior) Tax Manager has arisen as Sabanci Holding is looking for members of its Netherlands team, who will be taking over an instrumental role for the long-term success of the organization. He or she will be reporting to the Group Tax Manager (based in Istanbul). You will be responsible for the Tax, Statutory and Compliance matters of three important Sabanci entities with a total invested capital of €500mln and have an all-round role in the fields of international tax planning, corporate tax, VAT and other taxes, transfer pricing, tax reporting & tax compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor and/or Master's degree in Tax Law or Tax Economics and 6-10 years of experience within a reputable Tax consultancy firm or a multinational company. You have experience with (inter)national Corporate Income Tax, whereas experience with VAT and/or Accounting is considered a plus, as well as knowledge of Transfer Pricing, in-group invoicing processes, and OECD tax recommendations. You have experience in managing relationships with tax authorities and the ability to understand and improve cross-departmental processes in interdisciplinary teams. CPA or similar titles are a plus.
Furthermore, you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong self-motivation, the ability to promote new ideas, share them with the team, and develop them further together. Lastly, you possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch. Turkish language skills are considered a plus.
