Responsibilities
  • Deliver and implement tools currently in the IT pipeline.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 6 Full Stack Developers to ensure projects are completed with quality and on time.
  • Collaborate with Executives and Managers to align on business and operations needs.
Qualifications
  • Strong, proven experience as a full-stack developer before the rise of generative AI tools (not someone who only started coding after AI tools became popular).
  • Experience building AI-powered tools (e.g., automation tools, AI-driven dashboards, intelligent assistants).
  • Skillful in using AI to enhance coding workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.).
  • Passionate about AI and staying current with models, trends, and tools.
  • Ability and willingness to manage and mentor a small team of junior developers or “Vibe Coders” who primarily use AI to code.
Role Details
  • Independent Contractor role (not salaried).
  • Role based in the Netherlands; candidates must have the right to work in the Netherlands and does not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Minimum 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
  • Hybrid work arrangement with in-office presence at least every Monday; remote work allowed otherwise.
  • Hubstaff time tracking is required for all team members.
Compensation

Compensation is hourly-based and negotiable based on experience and expertise, with potential performance incentives.
