Position

As a Systems Change Project Manager at Systemiq, you will work on projects and programs that co-create approaches with our partners/clients to overcome perceived trade-offs between economic viability, ecosystem regeneration, and social inclusion and wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with partners to develop strategies for sustainable transformations
  • Analyzing data to generate strategic insights and practical solutions
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with project stakeholders
  • Managing and leading project teams to ensure successful delivery of project goals
  • Supporting partners in monitoring, evaluating, and communicating their business model, vision, and impact
Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should have a strong record of professional excellence and a demonstrated contribution to change and impact in strategic consultancy. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A passion for Systemiq's mission and the sustainability/environment/social enterprise space
  • 5+ years of experience in a professional system change environment, preferably in strategic advisory/consulting roles. Relevant experience in start-ups, in-house strategy, project management, and investment will also be considered.
  • Expertise in key concepts and value chains in sectors such as plastics, petrochemicals, mobility & transport, heavy industries, energy, consumer goods, manufacturing, construction, waste management, and electronics.
  • A Master's degree or equivalent
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in managing senior-level relationships
  • Proven experience in managing and leading teams to achieve project objectives
  • A collaborative team player attitude with a can-do spirit
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and realize new opportunities
  • Resilience under stress and resourcefulness to deliver results
  • Alignment with Systemiq's values of creativity, challenge, collaboration, change, and care
