Huisarts (praktijkovername) bij HWF (Huisartsenorganisatie West-Friesland) in Hoorn. Part-time position; opportunity to become practice holder in the future.

Our practice is located in a modern, spacious building in Hoorn — about 35 minutes from Amsterdam without traffic. We offer opleidingsplekken for huisartsen en assistentes, and work with HIS Medicom. The practice has NHG praktijkaccreditatie. We serve a fixed patient population of about 2,200 with a mix of West-Friesse nuchterheid and Amsterdamse directheid.
