A day in this role:
Your day starts with a focus on strengthening our employer brand and attracting top talent. Maybe you’re crafting engaging content to showcase our culture, optimizing our careers page, or collaborating with marketing to amplify our reach. Midday, you're refining our candidate experience—ensuring our hiring process is seamless, inclusive, and reflects our values. In the afternoon, you're interviewing potential colleagues, and assessing their alignment with our culture and team needs. You also work closely with the People team to enhance onboarding, making sure new hires feel welcomed and set up for success from day one. You wrap up the day by analyzing hiring trends and sharing insights with hiring managers to continuously improve our talent attraction strategy.
Worry not! Your People team of 6 is there if you need help or advice on a specific topic from different functions like People Operations, Business Partnering or Events & Community Management. Reporting to our Chief HR Officer, you will be the main driver of growth for the Studocu team.
