Senior product manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and strategy for our core Insights across the product, ensuring Tebi's merchants have real-time, actionable clarity to run and optimize their business. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for merchant-facing data, AI-driven insights, and dashboarding within the Tebi platform. Your mission is to transform raw operational and financial data — spanning POS, payments, inventory, reservations, and other areas — into intuitive insights that enable customers to spot trends, control costs, and make data-driven decisions that drive business success with Tebi.

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the Insights team, including main merchant dashboards, custom reporting tools, and embedded analytics across the Tebi application.
  
• Collaborate with Engineers to leverage Tebi's unified data foundation, creating new business intelligence features that translate complex data into simple, actionable views for merchants.
  
• Work directly with merchants, Sales, and Customer Success to understand critical business questions and translate needs into data-backed product requirements.
  
• Use quantitative data (e.g., feature adoption, time-to-insight) and qualitative feedback to measure impact and iterate to maximize merchant value and data-driven decision-making.

• You have a strong track record of delivering impactful product launches and improvements at a fast-growing company.
  
• 4-8 years of relevant work experience; have led product strategy for core insights or reporting product teams.
  
• Data-driven in prioritization and decision making, balancing craft, speed, and outcomes.
  
• Highly collaborative, able to partner across the organization and build trust with technical and operational teams.
