In essence, your role involves:

Align with Regional Head/Team Lead on target markets and sectors to drive revenue growth.

Manage and grow a pipeline to meet annual financial goals through corporate sales, cross-selling, and up-selling.

Represent ACT externally at industry events to boost visibility and stay informed on market trends.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of ACT’s full product portfolio, including ACT commodities business, digital and primary solutions.

Ensure accurate and timely trade capture and use of internal platforms like CRM and Power BI.

Collaborate with Marketing and other teams to generate qualified leads and support sales efforts.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, and industry partners. Drive continuous innovation through the development of new product features and services


Your Expertise:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

3–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field—ideally within sustainability, commodities, or environmental markets.

Fluent in German (minimum C1) and English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong plus.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environment, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.

Client-focused communicator with strong speaking, listening, and stakeholder management skills to build trust and drive business with corporate clients.

Self-motivated and proactive in identifying market gaps, developing innovative sales strategies, and maintaining a healthy pipeline.

Analytical thinker with market research and problem-solving skills to tailor solutions, navigate client challenges, and seize emerging opportunities in the sustainability sector.

Collaborative team player who works closely with internal departments (sales, trading, legal, marketing, etc.) to align goals and resolve operational issues efficiently.

Thrives in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to evolving priorities while delivering short- and long-term business impact.
