The Company

Our client is a rapidly growing supplier of medical aids, playing a vital role in the healthcare industry by ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of essential devices for patient care. Over the past five years, the company has expanded from 4 to 27 branches and is backed by a private equity firm. The Role

As a Financial Administrator (24–32 hours per week), you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and complete financial administration. You’ll support the finance team with various accounting and administrative tasks, contributing to a robust financial policy.


The Responsibilities

• Processing purchase and sales invoices

• Executing bank and cash transactions

• Managing accounts receivable and payable

• Preparing and executing payments

• Supporting monthly and annual financial closings

• Maintaining the general ledger


The Requirements

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail

• Proactive and independent work style

• Team-oriented with solid communication skills

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines


The requirements:

• Completed MBO or HBO degree in finance (e.g., Business Administration)

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Microsoft D365 F&O)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
