We have an opportunity available for an experienced Space Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Space Manager sits within the Commercial Benelux Business Unit located in our Amsterdam office.
As a Space Manager, you will report into the Head of Business Performance and will be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. And your primary responsibility will be to deliver excellent shelf strategy plans and provide advice to retailers across our portfolio of categories and brands.
In brief, you will be responsible for;
Analyze market dynamics within and across categories to deliver optimal shelf solutionsTranslate category vision, shelf principles and shopper insights into optimal shelf plans Advise our customers on optimal assortment, shelf and presentation during mutation momentsTrack new products, packs, and concepts in the market to understand innovations and consumer trendsCreate and review customer shelf plans using specialized space management softwareBe a sparring partner for Sales, Brand Category and Marketing teams Qualifications
Skills and Capabilities
Completed Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Space Management, preferably within RetailFluent Dutch and English language skills are mandatoryExcited about data, problem-solving and adaptable to changes in market dynamicsAbility to create strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersProfessional Attributes
