The Global Paid Social Consultant is a key role focused on delivering best-in-class campaign activation across Paid Social channels. Working closely with the Paid Social Director, you will lead both internal and external communication and support the team in expanding the Paid Social footprint. Strong Paid Social experience across all major channels is essential to this role. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the Paid Social strategy is executed from implementation to optimization and reporting.
- Campaign Activation: Execute and optimize paid social campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Amazon.
- Stakeholder management: Build strong and trusted relationships with internal team and clients through regular communication.
- Team Support: Assist the Paid Social Campaign Managers and manage daily tasks for junior team members.
- Performance Audits: Regularly audit accounts to identify and implement performance improvements.
- Media Planning: Create media plans and provide budget forecasts.
- Performance Analysis: Develop documents to showcase campaign performance and provide in-depth analysis of results.
- Financial Management: Ensure all media is booked and reconciled on time according to financial processes.
- Innovation: Proactively find innovative ways to boost campaign performance.
- Issue Resolution: Liaise with third-party providers and partners to resolve any issues.
- Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to team meetings, initiatives, and knowledge sharing.
- Quality Assurance: Support day-to-day QA and hygiene processes across all activations, minimizing errors and ensuring consistent adherence to processes.
- 3+ years of experience in a digital agency, specializing in Paid Social disciplines and/or vendors within the social media ecosystem.
- Ability to provide consultative advice to advertisers on social campaigns and attribute value to cross-channel marketing outcomes.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance and due diligence.
- Proficiency in using technology to solve client business challenges and increase efficiency in work outputs.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present the benefits of Publicis solutions.
