Interim finance manager – transactions

We’re looking for a skilled Financial Modeller to work for a Private Equity backed Services firm that require technical support. The role will work closely with the CFO and leadership team to build the models, packs & data for a debt refinance. This position will be well suited to an analytical finance professional with a background in transaction services or M&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for debt financing and refinancing
• Support covenant analysis and lender reporting
• Run scenario and sensitivity analysis (interest rates, leverage, repayments)
• Work closely with deal teams, CFOs, and lenders
• Tweak and revamp the relevant financial models

Requirements

• Strong Excel modelling skills
• Background in Transaction Services or Corporate Development
• Experience in debt financing, banking, or private equity
• Understanding of cash flow forecasting and capital structures
• Attention to detail and ability to explain complex models clearly
