As they enter an exciting new phase, they are looking for a talented and ambitious Product Owner to join our team. This is a critical role bridging technology, retail operations, and finance—ideal for someone analytical, proactive, and eager to grow with the company.

About the Role

As Product Owner, you will be responsible for managing and improving our key operational systems—including finance and retail workflows—helping to drive value from our ERP and related platforms. You’ll be collaborating closely with stakeholders across finance, supply chain, and IT, with a particular focus on Business Central (Dynamics 365) and Product Owner Balance.

This role combines classic product ownership responsibilities with hands-on business consulting, system optimization, and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories, especially related to ERP processes.
• Drive implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Provide consulting and support on Product Owner Balance and other related tools.
• Participate in strategic discussions to align system development with company growth goals.
• Ensure successful system integration between e-commerce, ERP, and other business platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or ERP Consultant—preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other Microsoft products.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
