Senior Valuation Specialist

As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest financial organisations, I am seeking for Valuation Specialist for a 6 months+ contract in Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

As a (Senior) Valuation Specialist, you supervise the valuation of the investments managed by the client. This includes shares, bonds and derivatives, as well as private investments in real estate and infrastructure, among other things. The focus for the ad interim position will mainly be on the valuation of the private investments.

Experience:

• 5 to 10 years of experience within the asset management sector in the field of valuation of investments, or similar practical experience in the field of corporate finance (a CAIA, CFA or RBA degree are considered an advantage).
• Demonstrable knowledge of different valuation standards (IPEV, INREV, IFRS).
• A natural curiosity and a critical attitude to work.
• The drive to delve into valuation issues and to challenge and advise its stakeholders together with the team.
