Job Title: SAP PP S/4HANA Consultant

Total Experience Required: 10+ years in Information Technology/Computers/Software

Relevant Experience Required: 8+ years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP), including 2–3 end-to-end S/4HANA implementation projects.

Job Type: Contract

Contract Duration: A minimum duration of 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months or beyond, depending on project requirements.

Workplace Type: Hybrid (at least 3 times a week at office)

  • Candidates must hold a valid work permit or visa to work in the Netherlands.
  • If you currently possess a valid work visa for Europe or the UK, we can support the process of securing work authorization for the Netherlands

    • Work Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands

  • Must be currently based in the Netherlands or
  • Willing to relocate to the Netherlands from anywhere within Europe or the UK
  • Relocation support is available for selected candidates relocating from within Europe or the UK
  • Candidates outside Europe/UK unfortunately cannot be considered.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead S/4HANA innovation and improvement workshops with business stakeholders.
    • Work on Make-to-Order and Make-to-Stock scenarios.
    • Handle EDI interfaces with customer and supplier ERP systems.
    • Support Manufacturing Sales Agreement business processes.
    • Develop custom solutions aligned with project requirements.
    • Ensure seamless integration with PP, SD, MM, and FI modules.
    • Collaborate effectively with teams and build long-term client relationships.


    Essential Skills

    • Deep expertise in SAP PP with S4 HANA.
    • Hands-on experience with 2–3 end-to-end S4 HANA implementations.
    • Strong knowledge of Make-to-Order and Make-to-Stock business processes.
    • Proven experience in EDI integration with external ERP systems.
    • In-depth understanding of Manufacturing Sales Agreement processes.
    • Ability to develop custom solutions aligned with business needs.
    • Cross-functional integration skills with PP, SD, MM, and FI modules.
    • Practical expertise in interfaces and IDocs.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead workshops and discussions.


    Optional Skills

    • Knowledge of Advanced Planning and Scheduling (SAP PP/DS).
    • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) integration.
    • Familiarity with Fiori apps for Production Planning.
