About the Role:
Are you passionate about bridging the gap between business and IT? We’re looking for a Business Application Support Manager to lead a dynamic team supporting critical business systems across multiple countries. In this role, you’ll oversee ERP, CRM, and CPQ applications, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a 1st & 2nd line support team for business applications.
- Serve as the main point of contact between business users and IT teams.
- Manage incident and ticket resolution processes, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Plan and coordinate system updates, releases, and improvements.
- Monitor system performance and report on application health to stakeholders.
- Support multiple sites and collaborate with international teams as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, AX, or NAV, ERP systems, CRM, or CPQ applications.
- Proven experience managing support teams or leading application support functions.
- Strong understanding of business processes (finance, sales, supply chain).
- Experience with incident/ticket management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira).
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Analytical, proactive, and able to translate technical information for business stakeholders.
