Job Description
• Assisting Hyxi Technology Europe B.V. logistic duties: inbound and outbound of shipment, stock coordination.
• Working closely with Sales, RMA, BO, Supply Chain and external warehouse company;
• Handling all issues with freight forwarder and other logistics companies to coordinate the shipments;
• Liaising with our Finance Department in China regarding incoming and outgoing payments;
• Assist in the daily operational activities;
• Provide Sales operation support locally
• Office Intern activities;
• Other duties as directed by Business Operation and Logistics Director
Job Requirement
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, or related field preferred).
• Profound knowledge of MS Office and Oracle systems
• Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision
• Accuracy in this role is mandatory
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)
Dutch would be considered as plus.
