They are at the forefront of aerospace innovation, committed to sustainability and excellence in every component they produce. /ph2About the job /h2pstrongYour Role as a 3D Measuring Technician /strong /ppYou will be responsible for performing interim, final, and repair inspections using 3D measuring machines. Your expertise ensures quality control throughout the production process, preventing errors and guaranteeing flawless components for aircraft such as the F-16 fighter jet, Apache attack helicopter, F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF), MQ-9 Reaper drone, and NH90 multipurpose helicopter. /ppWhat You Will Do: /pulliConduct First Article Inspections (FAI) and document results according to AS9102 standards or customer-specific requirements. /liliPerform initial product inspections (IPIs) and advise on machine adjustments. /liliAnalyze and compare measurement data against specifications, identifying deviations. /liliPrepare Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) and support root cause analyses (RCA). /liliCollaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure optimal quality control. /liliCarry out visual inspections to detect external damage or deviations. /liliEnsure all product documentation is complete and accurate before final approval. /li /ulh2Who are you? /h2pYou are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering precise and high-quality work. You are proactive in ensuring products meet strict tolerance requirements and have a keen eye for quality, safety, and efficiency. /ppYou also have: /pulliA technical background through education or experience in the metal industry (MBO level). /liliProven theoretical and practical knowledge of measurement methods and tools. /liliExperience with 3D measuring machines (Zeiss or Hexagon) and Calypso or PCDMIS software is a plus. /liliStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. /liliProficiency in English (Dutch is a plus). /li /ulh2What's in it for you /h2pThey value quality over quantity and provide a supportive work environment where precision is rewarded.
