Atlas NextWave has been shared a new permanent position at one of our clients as Project Manager. The client is a dynamic company consisting of two divisions with different specializations and worldwide projects in the Renewable and Maritime sector. Thanks to their pragmatic hands-on mentality, the company has been undergoing substantial growth for years, which is why we are looking for a new colleague.

Job description

As a Project Manager, you are fully responsible for the execution of multiple projects from start to finish. You lead, plan, and organize project operations, ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. You work closely with the internal teams, clients, and subcontractors across various project sites and serve as a role model in leadership, safety, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple foremen across different projects
• Ensuring the company’s high standards for cleanliness, order, and safety are met
• Taking full responsibility for one or more projects, depending on scope and size
• Ensuring effective and efficient execution of all project activities
• Maintaining regular contact with clients and project stakeholders
• Keeping project administration accurate and up to date
• Sharing your knowledge and experience to support the development of your team

What You Bring

• Proven leadership skills
• A valid Category B driving license
• VCA certificate — or willingness to obtain one
