Program Focus
You will be recruited into one track based on your academic background, strengths, and career aspirations:
Sales Management Specialist Track
- Support regional sales strategy development and execution.
- Coordinate sales data analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operations teams to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Participate in preparing commercial proposals, contracts, and customer presentations.
Sales Operation Specialist Track
- Assist in optimizing sales processes, CRM management, and reporting accuracy.
- Support order-to-cash operations, pricing management, and pipeline monitoring.
- Work closely with finance, logistics, and project teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance sales efficiency and visibility.
Sales Specialist Track
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Dutch and Benelux retail markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients and channel partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support go-to-market initiatives.
- Participate in customer meetings, trade shows, and promotional activities to strengthen brand visibility.
Other potential tracks may also be considered based on business needs and candidate strengths.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (graduating in 2026) in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong interest in technology, retail innovation, and international business.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; Dutch proficiency is a strong plus.
