Marketing Category Manager – Gaming

€70,000 - €100,000 base salary + bonus & benefits

Please note this role is based in Rotterdam and is an on-site role

* Gaming (consoles) experience is a must*

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Category Manager to take ownership of the gaming range within a fast-growing e-commerce business. This is a unique opportunity to shape marketing and category strategy, build supplier partnerships, and deliver best-in-class product selection.


What you’ll do

  • Manage the end-to-end category process for gaming.
  • Create the GTM strategy for the gaming category.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global and local suppliers.
  • Analyse category performance, identify gaps, and implement growth strategies.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and promotional planning with key brands.
  • Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and digital teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop category strategies tailored to the NL market, driving acquisition and retention.


What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, Category Management.
  • Experience working in the gaming sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ambitious, analytical, and motivated to deliver results.
