Job Title: Data Product Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Data Product Manager to define and lead the development of our Data Management Platform (DMP) and data-driven capabilities within our Smart TV ecosystem. You will shape how real-time, privacy-safe audience data and content recognition are transformed into actionable insights that power monetization, personalization, and strategic decision-making across our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the company’s Data Management Platform (DMP) strategy - design data models, ingestion pipelines, and governance frameworks that ensure scalable, compliant, and high-quality data.
- Develop privacy-first data products that leverage real-time signals and audience insights while meeting global regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Translate business goals into product roadmaps - balancing monetization, user experience, and compliance requirements.
- Partner with engineering, data science, and commercial teams to build and launch innovative data solutions that support advertising, personalization, and measurement use cases.
- Drive actionable insights for internal stakeholders and partners to support strategic decision-making and revenue growth.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in data platforms, identity, and privacy to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in data, ad tech, media, or platform businesses.
- Strong understanding of DMPs, CDPs, data pipelines, real-time data processing, and privacy-first data practices.
- Familiarity with Smart TV, streaming, advertising technologies (DSP, SSP, ACR, SSAI) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to define vision, strategy, and roadmaps for complex technical products.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - able to align cross-functional teams and communicate complex topics clearly.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business impact.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
