Responsibilities:
We are looking for empathic professionals to join our Service team at ViewSonic. You will support our B2C and B2B clients in Dutch and English, and help administrating our inhouse web shop.
We are looking for people who not only want to be part of a business, but people who want to build businesses.
- Be the first contact between the brand and the external customer
- Provide product information and effective technical support through multiple channels (phone, e-mail)
- Provide first-class, high-quality, professional responses to customer enquiries
- A constant and pro-active improvement of product/support knowledge.
- Receive, register and manage all incoming service / support calls from customers.
- Assist with administrating our web shop by keeping stock of inventory and fulfilment.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Prior experience with online order fulfilment and warehousing is a plus.
- Native German and fluency in English are mandatory.
