About the role:

We are looking for an experienced BIM Civil Revit Modeler for a 6-month freelance assignment based in Eindhoven. You will join a high-tech cleanroom facility project in the semiconductor industry, focusing on 3D civil modeling and coordination in Revit. The project involves cleanroom building, requiring precision in civil elements and cross-discipline coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Model civil elements in Revit (e.g., holes in concrete, keepings)
• Act as liaison/interface with the civil construction partner (~20% of time)
• Perform 3D coordination and quality control across disciplines
• Ensure correct use of templates, drawing numbers, and layer structures
• Monitor and verify modeling quality from all involved disciplines

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a BIM/Civil Revit Modeler in large industrial or cleanroom projects
• Proficient in Revit 3D modeling
• Strong background in civil engineering/civil modeling
• Experience in coordination and quality control of multidisciplinary models
• Strong communication skills with contractors and project teams
• Dutch preferred, English acceptable
• Willingness to work at least 60% onsite
