As part of our strategic expansion in the European market, we are seeking an ambitious and experienced Reach Stacker Sales Manager to drive our growth in the Benelux region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg).


Position Overview

As the Reach Stacker Sales Manager for Benelux, you will be responsible for business development, sales execution, and customer relationship management in the region. Your mission is to grow our market share by developing local distributors or implementing a direct sales approach, focusing on container yards, inland terminals, logistics companies, and industrial clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for reach stackers in the Benelux region.
  • Build, manage, and support a distributor/agent network or establish a direct sales channel.
  • Identify and approach key customers, such as intermodal hubs, logistics operators, and container terminals.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in heavy equipment, preferably reach stackers, forklifts, or container handling equipment.
  • Experience with leading brands such as Kalmar, Hyster, or Konecranes is a strong advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of logistics and intermodal operations in the Benelux region.
  • Established network of distributors or direct client contacts in the sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
  • Results-driven, independent, and capable of achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Benelux region.
  • Valid work permit in the Benelux region.
