Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive an omnichannel approach for Oncology priority brand ensuring a good mix of innovative and traditional channels.
  • Own digital media strategy and digital brand strategy.
  • Define customer journeys in line with Global guidelines.
  • Define insight based and data driven targeting of high customer groups with differentiated personas to maximize reach & impact of the actions defined in the brand plan.
  • Identify, establish and evolve KPIs to maximize impact of omni-channel approach.
  • Collaborate closely with the brand Launch Lead and brand manager to ensure the smooth implementation of campaigns aligned with the strategic brand / launch plans.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business objectives and timelines.
  • Interact with local and global agencies, manage the approval processes and implement locally.
  • Why You?

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Recent Oncology Marketing experience in an affiliate, at least 3 years, with track record and strong knowledge of market issues and opportunities.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on digital marketing and omnichannel experience.
  • Excellent project management skills: ability to independently manage multiple initiatives at the same time.
  • Experience with KPI setting and measuring and driving optimization of digital activities.
  • Dutch and English language mandatory.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Launch experience in Oncology.
  • Experience in a Sales customer facing role.
  • Key contributor to a significant transformation process in marketing from traditional to digital, omni-channel, personalized, data-driven marketing.
