TYPE: 1 year contract, but the aim is long-term employment

WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:30 (30 minutes lunch break)

SALARY: €60k - €90k (including the holiday allowance) depending on experience + Performance-based bonus maximum 10%

START: ASAP

LOCATION: Almere (Hybrid, WFH 3 days a week possible after the training)

Key Account Manager - Automotive Electronics Main Responsibilities:

Business Development: Actively identify, pursue, and secure new key accounts while expanding business with existing clients across Europe.

Project Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer projects, leading them from the initial stages to the start of mass production by collaborating with our global teams.

Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate deep relationships with key accounts and prospects to uncover new opportunities for both horizontal and vertical business expansion.

Market Presence: Travel frequently (25-35%) to meet with customers and prospects, promoting our cutting-edge products and services.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales budgets, monitor your progress, and build a healthy project pipeline to ensure sustainable long-term growth.

Negotiation: Conduct annual negotiations on pricing and business conditions.

Global Collaboration: Work closely with overseas affiliates, providing periodic reports and addressing a variety of cross-functional issues.



Key Account Manager - Automotive Electronics Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in manufacturing or B2B sales

Electronics, mechanical engineering, or a similar technical field is beneficial

A proactive, results-driven individual (hunter mentality) with a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment

Fluent in English (Japanese, German and other European language is a plus)

Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Ability to develop long-term relationships with clients

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems

Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
