What to Expect During Your Internship
Are you passionate about understanding customer behavior, analyzing data, and turning insights into action? Do you want to work in a data-driven environment where your research directly influences business decisions? Then join our Customer Insights team, where you’ll dive deep into customer data, conduct research, make surveys and generate insights that help shape marketing, sales, and product strategies. This internship is perfect for those who love analyzing trends, identifying opportunities, and making a real impact on business growth.
Your Responsibilities
Assist in conducting market research to gather customer insights and trends
Analyse customer feedback and data to identify key areas for improvement
Support the development and implementation of surveys and questionnaires
Support and conduct customer interviews or focus groups to gather qualitative insights
Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to translate insights into actionable strategies
Help prepare reports and presentations on research findings
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for enhancing customer experience
Your Profile
You are a 3rd or 4th year Bachelor student studying Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, International Business, or a related field
You have strong analytical skills and an attention to detail
You are proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ideally, you already have experience with survey tools and methodologies
You can work independently as well as in a team
You show enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude
You have a strong customer focus, curiosity, and empathy
You have excellent spoken and written English skills (German is a plus)
You are available full-time from February 2026 for a duration of 5-6 months
