Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards
Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products

Requirements

Translate existing concepts and requirements into high-quality UX designs using Figma.
Design intuitive input patterns that align with the needs and behaviors of end users.
Lead and facilitate user workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Create clear, user-friendly forms with well-labeled fields, robust validations, and thoughtful error handling.
Ensure consistency in UI components, terminology, and visual language across the platform.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, retrospectives, and demos.
Identify UX/UI challenges and proactively propose solutions that enhance usability and user satisfaction.

Requirements

Immediate availability is required.
Minimum of MBO education, preferably HBO in design, art, multimedia, or a related field.
A public online portfolio showcasing recent projects and insight into your design process.
5+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI or digital designer.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Figma or Sketch.
1+ year of experience working with design tokens in scalable design systems.
Solid understanding of front-end development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with React or Angular frameworks.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively influence stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design.
