About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Principal Investigator (PI) to lead and oversee clinical trials.
The PI will play a critical role in ensuring clinical research projects are conducted to the highest standards of patient safety, protocol adherence, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the medical lead for Phase I–IV clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas.
- Provide medical oversight and ensure participant safety through direct involvement in study assessments, monitoring, and adverse event reporting.
- Ensure strict compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and study protocols.
- Collaborate closely with study coordinators, CRAs, and global sponsors to ensure high-quality trial delivery.
- Lead investigator meetings, contribute to protocol development, and review clinical study documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, CROs, and research networks.
Requirements
- MD/MBBS with a valid license to practice in the Netherlands or EU.
- Prior experience as a Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator in clinical trials.
- Strong background in neurology, CNS, oncology, cardiology, respiratory, or rare disease trials is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to lead clinical teams and drive high recruitment and retention in trials.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in both Dutch and English.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and GCP certification required.
