We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. You will provide support, assisting users via multiple communication channels.

Main ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking users via chat, email, and phone.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical or account-related issues.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by following up on cases.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the system.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Fluent in Dutch (C1 minimum) and good knowledge of English (B2).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.
Availability to work in rotating shifts.
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
Monday to Friday: 08:00 20:00 (rotational shifts)
Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 17:00
Days off: 2 per week (rotational)
Base salary: 1,100/month × 14 months
Meal allowance: 7.23/day
Transport allowance: 20/month
Health insurance: available from day 1
Additional allowance:
135/month × 12 months
120/month × 12 months
Flight reimbursement upon arrival in Portugal.
