About the Role

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. You will provide support, assisting users via multiple communication channels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking users via chat, email, and phone.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical or account-related issues.

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by following up on cases.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the system.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues efficiently.

Profile
  • Fluent in Dutch (C1 minimum) and good knowledge of English (B2).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.

  • Availability to work in rotating shifts.

  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 20:00 (rotational shifts)

  • Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 17:00

  • Days off: 2 per week (rotational)

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: 1,100/month × 14 months

  • Meal allowance: 7.23/day

  • Transport allowance: 20/month

  • Health insurance: available from day 1 

  • Additional allowance:

    • 135/month × 12 months

    • 120/month × 12 months

Relocation Package
  • Flight reimbursement upon arrival in Portugal.

  • Shared accommodation provided for 280/month (including utilities).
