You will be responsible to support our after sales brand in the Benelux region for Turbomachinery to achieve order intake and local revenue targets. You are responsible for the development and achievement of order intake objectives, plans and activities of related products/services in the assigned territory and in the assigned product line. You will maintain and report leads and quotes for the region in accordance with reporting guidelines.

Your role:

  • Drive growth strategies within the region, overseeing budget quotes, order intake, turnover, and customer visits.
  • Provide comprehensive customer service for the machine population across designated countries.
  • Utilize a systematic approach to acquire new customers, negotiating terms and conditions agreements.
  • Register products with customers/end users for enhanced visibility in the marketplace.
  • Cultivate relationships with prospects, guiding them through the sales process.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients.
  • Act as the primary contact for PrimeServ technical inquiries related to accidents and repairs.
  • Prepare quotations and collaborate with product centers to find technical and commercial solutions.
  • Independently negotiate with customers in alignment with sales guidelines and regulations.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
  • Provide input for annual sales budgets.
  • Responsible for the commercial results of the Netherlands region, aligning with annual sales budgets.

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder with a strong commercial mindset.
  • 5 to 10 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the HDRE manufacturing/services industry or mechanical engineering.
  • Open and motivated to connect with diverse individuals.
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with a focus on ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including contract drafting.
  • Strong networking abilities, well-versed in the local market and within the network.
  • Assertive and capable of working independently or collaboratively in a team.
  • Quick responsiveness to customer needs.
  • International sales experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrates integrity and reliability.
  • Proficient in Dutch and English (required), with a preference for proficiency in German.
  • Resides in the Rotterdam region.
